In Uganda's bustling cities, Regile tackles two pressing challenges: costly, polluting last-mile delivery and youth underemployment. Our innovative solution combines lease-to-own e-motorcycles, USSD booking for feature phones, and solar-powered micro-kiosks to deliver goods efficiently and sustainably.

Since our pilot in 2022, we’ve completed over 150,000 deliveries with a 30–40% cost reduction compared to petrol bikes, and created dignified employment for 75 riders. Our unique approach—offline access, co-designed hardware, and priority service for schools and clinics—ensures our model is scalable and replicable.
